A new bubble tea shop has started its soft opening in Ashburn. It’s the second location for the Kokee Tea brand in the community.
The new Kokee Tea is located at the Ashbrook Commons shopping plaza. That’s the Harris Teeter-anchored center near the intersection of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Russell Branch Parkway.
It’s currently only open on weekdays – Monday through Friday – from 12 noon to 6 p.m. The hours will expand after the grand opening is held on Saturday, April 18.
The shop’s menu is filled with various bubble teas and other fun beverages – including Milk Teas, Fruit Teas, Cold Cloud coffee drinks and smoothie-style Ice Blended beverages.

The Burn first reported on the plans for the new store last August.
This is the second Kokee Tea shop in Ashburn. The first one opened in the Goose Creek Village retail center off Sycolin Road back in 2023.
There are a number of other Kokee locations across Northern Virginia, including one in Sterling and one in South Riding.
