An interesting new culinary-themed business called Taste Buds Kitchen is planning a new location for Loudoun County – and it will be the first one in the greater DC market.
Taste Buds Kitchen is coming to the Loudoun Station development in Ashburn off Shellhorn Road. The deal was announced by Comstock, a major owner and operator of commercial properties in the region.
Taste Buds Kitchen will be taking a 2,600 s.f. space on Gramercy Park Drive next to the new Starbucks coffeeshop and the new Curry Pizza House restaurant.
The brand offers “interactive cooking classes and culinary parties for kids, families, and adults,” according to the press release announcing the deal. “Its programming includes a wide range of themed classes and events led by expert instructors, designed to build kitchen confidence, spark creativity, and bring people together around food.”
Loudoun County resident Teddra Burgess is the franchisee bringing the concept to Ashburn.
There are more than two dozen Taste Buds Kitchens open or in the works around the country. No word yet when the local location will be ready to fire up the ovens and open its doors.
