Plans for a sauna and cold plunge wellness facility in Leesburg called MINDZERO appear to have fallen through.
Back in 2024, The Burn reported on a lease signed at the Village at Leesburg for MINDZERO to open one of its wellness centers there.
It was going into the roughly 3,200 s.f. corner unit that was previously the Sweet & Sassy kids spa and salon. Temporary signage for MINDZERO had even been installed on the windows.
But now that signage is gone and the space is once again available for lease.
It appears the MINDZERO brand – which at one point had two locations in South Carolina – ran into financial challenges – which is probably why the Leesburg deal fell through.
No word if any new tenant is circling the vacant spot at the center. We’ll keep you posted.
