A new restaurant specializing in “unique American cuisine with a Latin flair” has opened its doors in Sterling. It’s called Los Brothers Restaurant.
Los Brothers can be found in the Parc City Center off Route 7 in Sterling. That’s the same retail area with Mission BBQ, KFC, Burger King and many other restaurants and stores.
Los Brothers has taken over the space that was previously the Saigon Cafe. We reported on that restaurant’s closing back in January 2025.
This is the second location for Los Brothers. The original outlet for the brand can be found in Madison, Virginia – southwest of Culpeper.
Living up to its American cuisine with Latin flair motto, the menu does indeed reflect a little of both worlds.
There are “Small Plates” including Crispy Taquitos, Chorizo Dip, Chicken Wings, and a Beets & Pecan Salad.
On the “Big Plates” menu, there is Carne Asada, a Smashburger, a Torta Mexicana, Shrimp & Grits, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and a Pan Fried Pork Chop – among many other items.
