If you love smash burgers like The Burn does, then you will want to check out the new Jon’s Joint restaurant that started a soft opening in Loudoun this week.
The Burn broke the news last summer about Jon’s Joint coming to the Cascades Overlook Town Center shopping plaza in Sterling.
It took the space that had perviously been Zoup!, a soup-centric restaurant.
The local burger company has two earlier locations – one in Arlington and one in Alexandria. Sterling is No. 3.
The offerings at Jon’s Joint includes a variety of different burgers, chicken sandwiches, and loaded fries. You can check out the full menu here.
We got a basic double cheeseburger and fries. If you like crispy edges on a smash burger, this one had them in spades.
Jon’s Joint has afternoon and evening hours currently – opening each day at 2 p.m. and staying open until 10 p.m., except on Fridays and Saturday when they are open until 11 p.m. No word on when lunch hours will be added.
