If you’ve ever been involved in a restaurant opening, you know there are a hundred hoops to jump through – and sometimes your timing is off.
Such is the case with the folks at the new Crimson Coward in Leesburg.
The restaurant – which specializes in hot chicken tenders and hot chicken sandwiches – originally said they would be opening this past Monday, April 27. Then they changed it to Wednesday, April 29.
Well, guess what. It’s moved again.
The sign on the front door of the space at the Bellewood Commons retail center has been updated to announce they will now open this coming Monday, May 4.
We’re told a technical problem with a computer system popped up and needed to be rectified before they could open.
Fingers crossed that the home stretch is smooth and the doors open next Monday.
