The Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Reston is debuting a brand new venue this week – an outdoor plaza bar.
The bar, found at the Reston Row development, will serve handcrafted cocktails as well as a selection of Davio’s dishes that can be enjoyed al fresco.
It officially opens this Thursday, May 7.
“We’re excited to introduce Davio’s Plaza Bar as an extension of our restaurant and as a destination in its own right,” said Steve DiFillippo, Chef/Owner of Davio’s in making the announcement. “With the volume of activity at Reston Station, this concept allows us to meet guests where they are — outside, social and looking for a great experience.”
The outdoor bar area used to be part of the Matchbox restaurant which closed at the end of 2025. Davio’s has taken it over, rebranded it and is bringing it back for a new season.
Davio’s originally opened at Reston Row near the Reston Metro station in 2022.
