The new restaurant Falcon & Fig has announced the date of its soft opening in Loudoun County. It will begin welcoming guests next Friday, May 15.
As readers of The Burn know, Falcon & Fig is taking the place of the much loved Vino Bistro restaurant at the Village at Leesburg center.
Vino Bistro, which opened eight years ago, will officially close at the end of service on Mother’s Day – Sunday, May 10.
The venue will be shuttered from Monday, May 11 to Thursday, May 14 to transition to the new Falcon & Fig concept – and then reopen on Friday. A grand opening is scheduled for Friday, May 29.
The new restaurant will specialize in Mediterranean wines and tapas.
