We’ve got an opening date for the new Soko Butcher & Deli coming to downtown Leesburg. The team there has announced that Friday, May 22 will be the big day – from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Burn first told readers about plans to open Soko Butcher back in February. It’s coming to 15 Loudoun Street SE. That spot was previously the La Taqueria taco shop.
The new enterprise will be an exciting addition to the downtown area for two reasons – one, obviously for local grill masters, they will have a new spot to get all their favorite meats for backyard cookouts.
But Soko will also operate as a full-on restaurant too with an extensive gourmet deli-style sandwich menu that also includes breakfast items, salads, loaded fries, and wings.
