The new Clarity location in Reston is getting close to opening and now, the restaurant has shared a first look at its debut dinner menu.
As readers of The Burn know, Clarity is opening its new location at the RTC Next expansion of the Reston Town Center.
That’s at the intersection of Sunset Hills Road and Town Center Parkway.
The original Clarity opened in Vienna back in 2015 and quickly made a name for itself among foodies in Northern Virginia.

Now we know some of what the new Clarity will be serving up on opening night. First course dishes include French Onion Soup, a Crispy Basil Burrata, Steamed PEI Mussels, and Hudson Valley Foie Gras.
The main courses menu features a Five-Spice Short Rib, a Pan-Seared Golden Tilefish, and a Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb.
Of course a full bar and extensive wine selection round out a meal. You can see the full Clarity Reston dinner menu below.
A lunch menu will be added to the offerings at some point as well.
Still no official date on when Clarity will open but we should be getting word any day now, so stay tuned.
