It looks like plans are afoot to bring the latest location for the Guapo’s restaurant brand to Reston.
The landlord at The Spectrum at Reston Town Center added Guapo’s to a list of upcoming tenants.
The Spectrum is the retail area north of the main RTC with a Harris Teeter grocery store, a Barnes & Noble bookstore, The Container Store and a Whole Foods Market.
The listing doesn’t specify where Guapo’s is going, but the vacant On The Border Mexican restaurant building is a good guess.
It’s also not clear whether the incoming restaurant will be a full service Guapo’s Cocina & Bar, or the brand’s fast-casual sister brand Guapo’s Go, specializing in tacos and charcoal chicken.
We sent off messages earlier this week to Guapo’s headquarters, but haven’t gotten a response yet.
