The first Another Broken Egg Cafe in Loudoun County is getting close to opening and we passed by and took a peek in the window.
Furniture and fixtures are in and being unpacked. Lights are hung. There’s art and other decor items on the walls.
Way back in 2024, The Burn broke the news that Another Broken Egg Cafe was looking for a Loudoun location and in 2025, we reported that they had chosen a spot at the Bram Quarter development in Ashburn.
Now opening day is drawing near. The owners tell us that they are hopefully shooting for a late June opening.
Another Broken Egg Cafe has more than a hundred locations across the country, mostly in the southeastern states.
The Ashburn location will be one the first in Northern Virginia. A location is also in the works for Fairfax County at 10645 Braddock Road at the University Mall. There are also two outlets in the Virginia Beach area.
Another Broken Egg is a breakfast and brunch-themed restaurant with hours that usually run from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The menu is filled with brunch-style dishes such as Chicken & Waffles, Crab Cake Benedict, and Apple Fritter French Toast. Brunch-y cocktails are also a key component.
