A step closer to opening at the new Quickway Japanese Hibachi restaurant in Leesburg – as the sign is installed on the front facade.
Quickway – a fast-casual restaurant – has taken over the former Kovi Kitchen spot in the Battlefield Shopping Center off Edwards Ferry Road NE.
The Burn first told readers about the plans for Quickway back in July 2025.
The brand’s menu is filled with hibachi dishes, noodle dishes, bento boxes, poke bowls, sushi rolls, and other items. You can see the lineup of offerings here.
While the sign may be up on the exterior, there is still no word on an opening date.
And when we took a peek through the window, we would estimate there is still quite a bit of construction work and prep work to do before they will announce an opening day.
