A new tasting room – or wine salon in this case – is in the works for Loudoun County – one that will bring together wines from the region along with a unique menu of “Nuevo Latino” dishes.
The OH’s Wine Salon will be located at 35246 Leesburg Pike, Suite 190 at the Hill High Marketplace in Round Hill, west of Purcellville.
That’s the same spot along 7 that also is home to the Mom’s Apple Pie outlet and the More Better Restaurant & Beer Garden.
The salon will be roughly 2,200 square feet inside with seating for roughly 45 guests and there is also a large outdoor patio overlooking a nearby pond.
The new establishment is an offshoot of the OH’s Vineyard in Hamilton VA and will serve all of the wines that OH’s produces.
“(We) will also be pouring our 100% Pinot Meunier Sparkling Rosé, a truly unique wine and, to our knowledge, the only sparkling rosé in Virginia made entirely from Pinot Meunier from 2023,” said Ana Hirsbrunner, in a message to The Burn.
There will also be wines available from other small producers in the region.
On the food side, OH’s Wine Salon will offer full meals including steaks and a gluten-free friend chicken, an octopus escabeche salad, and blue crab alcapurrias, a Puerto Rican dish made with fried plantains.
Guests can also expect live piano jazz music on weekends.
Construction is underway on the wine salon and the OH’s team is aiming for a late July/early August opening, so stay tuned.
