A national restaurant brand specializing in sushi is headed to a tucked away spot near the Reston Town Center.
It’s called Sushi by Bou and according to paperwork filed with Fairfax County, it will be opening inside the Hyatt Regency Reston at 1800 Presidents Street.
Our friends at FFXNow.com report it will be taking over a former gift shop space in the hotel.
According to its website, Sushi by Bou has 20 locations open in eight states and DC. The Reston spot will apparently be the first in Northern Virginia.
The menu at Sushi by Bou includes three different omakase courses to choose from as well as a variety of extras and an extensive cocktail menu.

No word yet as to when the restaurant will be ready to open in Reston, so stay tuned.
