Another Broken Egg Cafe announces opening date in Loudoun

The new Another Broken Egg Cafe coming to Loudoun County now has an official opening date. The big day will be Monday, June 22.

As The Burn has been reporting, the first location for the growing national brand in Loudoun will be at the Bram Quarter center in Ashburn.

That’s at the corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road, in the same center as the Paris Baguette restaurant.

Another Broken Egg specializes in breakfast and brunch dishes. Its hours will be 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.

With dishes such as a Bacon & Grilled Tomato Benedict, Shrimp & Grits, and Bourbon Street Pancakes – plus a lineup of brunch cocktails including a Blueberry Margarita and a Vanilla Spiked Cold Brew – Another Broken Egg will be a hot spot to get your day started.

You can see their full menu offerings here.

The brand has locations across the country, but Ashburn will be only the second Another Broken Egg Cafe in Northern Virginia. They have a cafe over on Braddock Road over in Fairfax.
