Loudoun County, get ready for the meat sweats. A new Brazilian steakhouse is reportedly on its way.
The Burn has learned that Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse is planning a location at the Cascades Overlook Town Center retail plaza in Sterling. That’s according to the landlord for the center.
It will be taking over the building that used to be Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant. Chuy’s closed its doors back in January.
Details about Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse are unclear. There are number of different brands using that name around the U.S. and Canada, but whether it’s one of those chains coming to Loudoun County – or a different entity entirely – is unknown.
Regardless, we can intuit that a Brazilian steakhouse will focus on a variety of different meats – steaks, chicken, perhaps pork and even sausages.
