A new Peruvian restaurant is in the works for Loudoun County and it will be called El Warike Peruvian Restobar.
Details are still a little sketchy – but we’ll tell you what we know.
As we reported previously, the Taco Chinoz & Bar has recently closed its spot at the Parc City Center off Route 7 in Sterling.
However, we noticed a sign on the door of the unit talking about this new El Warike establishment. El Warike is Peruvian slang for a “secret place” and sometimes translated as a “hole in the wall.”
The sign didn’t definitely say El Warike was coming to that spot – rather is just mentioned Sterling and said “address coming soon.” There was also an Instagram post about El Warike hiring for a new Sterling location.

Meanwhile, we found another restaurant in the area called El Warike Peruvian Restaurant with two locations listed – one on Enterprise Street in Sterling and another spot in Manassas.
The name isn’t quite the same and the logo is different, but they are apparently related because we found the same phone number connected to all of them. When we tried calling, we were hung up on.
So there you have it. El Warike Peruvian Restobar is apparently opening in Sterling, and it looks like it might be coming to the Parc City Center into the former Taco Chinoz spot.
We’ll keep an eye on it and report back when we get more details.
