A pizza restaurant in Loudoun County is getting a new name and an expanded menu. We’re talking about Mika’s Neapolitan Pizza in Sterling.
The Mika’s location at the Cascades Overlook Town Center has new ownership and it’s the new owner that’s bringing some changes.
Soon, the restaurant’s name will change to WOP Bar & Grill – with WOP standing for World of Pizzas.
The bar hours are being extended and the bar menu will see more global cocktails added to the lineup.
The food menu will continue to make Neapolitan-style pizzas with flour and tomatoes imported from Italy, plus they will continue to feature homemade pastas.
But new flavors will be added such as a Baja Chipotle pizza, a Teriyaki pizza, and a Tikka Masala pizza. There will also be more small plates and appetizers.
The restaurant has already changed hands and it remains open under the Mika’s name currently. The new name and new menu items will be rolled out in the coming weeks.
