Just a quick update for readers on a new Japanese and Asian “department store” that is coming to Sterling.
A month ago, we reported on plans to bring Teso Life to the Sugarland Crossing retail center off Route 7.
That’s the same center with the Burlington store and a Lidl supermarket
Now, temporary signage has gone up on the windows of the 12,500 s.f. space touting the upcoming store.
Teso Life was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Queens, New York.
The company works with suppliers in Asia to import what it calls fashion and lifestyle products from the region.
This includes health and beauty items, snack foods and beverages, as well as housewares and kitchenwares.
Still no word when the new store might open, so stay tuned.
