The new Bobby’s Bagel Cafe quietly started its soft opening in Sterling today – Friday, August 7.
As The Burn has been reporting, Bobby’s has taken an end unit in the Countryside Marketplace shopping center.
It’s at the opposite end from the Lotte Plaza Market grocery store in the center, which is found near the intersection of Route 7 and Countryside Boulevard.
For the week-long soft opening, Bobby’s Bagel Cafe will have a limited menu – only some items are available. The full menu will be available starting next Friday, August 14.
Items on said menu include a large variety of bagels with various cream cheeses, as well as bagel breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee beverages and more.
Besides their classic bagels, they also have a lineup of gourmet bagels including a Four Cheese Bacon Bagel, a Spicy Jalepeno Bagel, and a Cinnamon Crumble Bagel. They also have gluten-free bagels.

This is the third location for the brand, following stores in Herndon and Oakton.
And if area residents to the west feel Sterling is too far to travel, don’t forget that a new Bobby’s Bagel Cafe is also in the works for Ashburn.
