A new Barnes & Noble bookstore is officially coming to Loudoun County. The news we broke back in June is confirmed.
As we reported, Barnes & Noble had filed paperwork with the county to open in a roughly 23,000 s.f. space at the Dulles Landing shopping center off Route 50 near South Riding.
The space was previously home to a BuyBuy Baby store.
Still, sometimes paperwork can be filed and the deal ultimately doesn’t go through. But now, the commerical real estate brokerage repping Dulles Landing has confirmed that Barnes & Noble has officially signed on to the center.
This will be the second B&N store in Loudoun after the one located at One Loudoun in Ashburn.
Still too soon to predict when the bookstore will open, but for book lovers in southern Loudoun, the countdown can begin.
