Sign installed at new Crispý Cones sweet shop in Loudoun

The sign has gone up at the new Crispý Cones sweet shop coming to Loudoun County. And opening day should be right around the corner.

As The Burn first reported back in January, Crispý Cones is coming to the Bram Quarter development in Ashburn. That’s off Loudoun County Parkway near the intersection with Evergreen Mill Road.

The Brambleton community posted this fun photo of the sign being installed on its social media.

Here is how the growing Crispý Cones brand describes its fare on its website: “Crispý Cones is a sweet treat famous in European countries – including the Czech Republic. A Crispý Cone is a fresh dough cone, grilled rotisserie-style and covered with cinnamon and sugar or a specialty powder. The cone is filled with your choice of spread, gourmet soft-serve ice cream, fruit, and a variety of delicious toppings.”

The unique desserts are sometimes called chimney cakes.

There are more than 40 Crispý Cones locations open or in the works around the country. The Brambleton location is the first one in Northern Virginia.

No official opening date has been announced yet, but we’re hearing through the grapevine it’s likely to be sometime in September.
