A growing Mexican restaurant chain is reportedly working on its second Loudoun County location. We’re talking about Guacado Mexican Grill.
Paperwork has been filed with the county showing that Guacado is planning to open a location in the Sterling Plaza shopping center off Sterling Boulevard.
As The Burn has been reporting, there is already a Guacado Mexican Grill under construction in Leesburg.
It’s going into a corner unit in the AutoZone Center off East Market Street.
The menu at Guacado is based on the build-your-own concept. You choose a base – anything from a taco to a bowl to a salad to French fries – and then add all kinds of Mexican-themed toppings.
The Guacado brand already has more than 20 locations open or in the works, the preponderance of them in the greater New York City area.
No word yet on target openings for either of the two future Loudoun County locations.
