A small restaurant chain that specializes in traditional Korean beef soup – yes, you read that right – is getting ready to open a new location in Chantilly.
Yi’s Traditional Korean Beef Soup is coming to 14200 Sullyfield Circle. That’s tucked away in an office park south of Route 50.
According to the brand’s website, there are seven location now open or in the works, including one already open in Centreville.
The menu at Yi’s includes the eponymous Korean beef soup as well as a variety of other soups including Korean Hangover Soup, Handmade Dumpling Soup, and a Cold Buckwheat Noodle Soup.
There are also a handful of other dishes such as a Seafood Scallion Pancake and Napa Cabbage Kimchi. You can see the full menu from the Las Vegas Yi’s location here.
A peek in the window shows a nice dining room area that appears nearly finished. We’re just waiting on word of an opening date.
