The new Crispy Cones sweet shop coming to Loudoun County has announced its official opening date.
The shop – which specializes in a cake cone filled with ice cream and toppings – is scheduled to open its doors on Friday, September 18.
As The Burn first reported back in January, Crispy Cones is opening in the Bram Quarter development in Ashburn’s Brambleton community. That’s near the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road.
We passed by recently and got a sneak peek photo of the interior, which looked complete and ready to go.

Crispy Cones is a growing national chain with more than 40 locations open or in the works in 20 states, according to the brand’s website.
The Brambleton Crispy Cones will be the second location in Virginia after one in the Richmond area.
The cake cones served at Crispy Cones are an Eastern European treat sometimes referred to as Chimney Cakes.
As you can see from the menu below, they featured curated cones, build-your-own cones, and specials of the week.
The Crispy Cones brand got a big boost when it was featured on the television program “Shark Tank” and “shark” Barbara Corcoran made a deal with the owners, offering $200,000 for 20% equity in the company.
The “Shark Tank” connection is featured in a sign on the window of the Brambleton store.
