Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s planning Lovettsville store

The rumors have been circulating for some time now – and it looks like they are true. A Dunkin’ doughnut shop and Jimmy John’s sandwich shop are working on a joint store in Lovettsville.

According to documents filed with the county, the two restaurants are planning to open at 11 Town Center Drive, Suite 160.

That’s right by the Lovettsville Co-Op Market and the across the street from the new Twisted Cat Tavern.

Dunkin’ already has the future store listed on its website. It just says the store is “coming soon.” The Jimmy John’s website appears to be mum on the location so far.

Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s are both owned by Inspire, a global restaurant company.

The idea behind the combo store is all about dayparts. Dunkin’ primarily attracts customers in the morning while Jimmy John’s is focused on lunch and dinner.

By putting both brands in one location, the store has a steady flow of customers all day.
